The aim of the Industrial Research Training Agreements (CIFRE) is to strengthen exchanges between public research laboratories and socio-economic circles, to promote the employment of doctors in companies and to contribute to the innovation processes of companies. established in France, funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
The CIFRE3 system allows the company to benefit from financial assistance to recruit a young doctoral student whose research work, supervised by a public research laboratory, will lead to the defense of a thesis. The company is recruiting in C.D.I. or C.D.D. age 3, a young master’s degree graduate with a minimum gross annual salary of 23,484 euros (1,957 euros / month), and entrusts him with a research project that is the subject of his thesis. It receives for 3 years from the National Association of Research and Technology (A.N.R.T.), on behalf of the State, an annual subsidy of 14,000 euros. A collaboration contract is established between the company and the laboratory specifying the conditions for carrying out the research and the ownership clauses of the results obtained by the doctoral student. The work of the doctoral student as well as the expenses generated by a CIFRE are eligible for the research tax credit (CIR) according to the same criteria as for any researcher working in a company. In case of recruitment in C.D.I. in the company at the end of his thesis, the doctoral student can also benefit his employer from the special status of young doctor in the calculation of the CIR.

In possession of a master’s degree in IT Business Management from Rennes School of Business, having notably written a final thesis and created the first French student association specialized in blockchain technology, I wish to establish a CIFRE agreement associated with a company entrusting me with a research work object of my thesis and a laboratory, outside the company, ensuring my scientific supervision.
Passionate about data, I notably worked at Datalents, an HR-tech specializing in artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. Working at Station F, the largest incubator in the world, I identified geographic areas, sectors and contacts to support them through our team of data experts who will act as functional or technical staff.
Very curious by nature, I have been interested in Blockchain and trade for several years. A CIFRE convention is for me a real source of interest, more particularly as regards its adoption for the general public. I believe in the potential to do in-depth data work research in the most interesting industry of the century. In addition, I would like to contribute to the blockchain industry by designing and building management solutions that would allow the French ecosystem to optimize the management of their resources and improve their performance in defining new methodologies. , the maintenance of those already in place, the monitoring of the implemented processes and the acquisition of relevant data in order to possibly extend the improvements and the way of developing, applying and sharing them.
My main assets are my autonomy and the ease with which I can work in a team face-to-face as well as remotely.
